We are looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in the early years to lead our entire program across schools. This person will set the tone, culture and pace of the schools. You will be responsible for building and supporting functions ground up such learning programs, teacher development, teacher recruitment, centre management, parent engagement and child outcomes.
Prerequisite: Have built your own preschool or have been in senior leadership in an early years organisation in the past.We are looking for someone who has spent time in multiple pedagogies and can bring their unique point of view in building our curriculum the Openhouse way. This person will help us build our programs, assessment techniques and most importantly support teachers in executing the same in their classrooms.
Prerequisite: Have built programs, curriculum in the early years for at least 2 years and have also taught for at least 1+ year in this age group.We are looking for someone who will be the head of a school. Think like a principal figurehead who helps in maintaining the quality and culture of the learning hub. They will be the conduit between the program team and the learning hub: managing teachers, ensuring learning outcomes are met and engaging with parents to build a sustainable Openhouse community in that neighbourhood.
Prerequisite: Have been a teacher in early years for 4+ years. If you have managed schools in the past, that is ideal.We are looking for several teachers and teacher assistants who will help manifest our vision in the classroom. At Openhouse, we are looking for teachers who have experience but at the same time are open minded to test and learn of new ways of engagement. Our teachers, guided by the Centre Director, will also help each other in their professional development so they can grow within Openhouse over the years.
Prerequisite: Taught for 2+ years in early years. People who have gone through teacher training programs but not taught before, can apply to be teacher assistants.

In 2018, Openhouse began its journey in Kolkata, focusing on reimagining after-school learning through neighborhood learning hubs.
